With more than 20 years of dancing experience and a fine understanding of how the body works, I pay special attention to every detail to ensure a perfect workout! I have been trained through James Raaff and Associates (formally known as Equilibrium) as well as Tshwane University of Technology in the Control Conditioning method. I taught for four years in Joburg and in the U.K. before moving to Cape Town
